To better serve our guests, we have created the following cancellation policy.
We are an appointment based business and NU YU arranges their schedule around your appointment time. For this reason we require a minimum 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event of a late cancellation / reschedule or no show, you may be subject to a fee of a $25 service charge. An invoice will be emailed to you and must be paid prior to receiving your next service.
We understand unexpected things happen and will do our best to fill your spot. We will waive the fee if we are able to do this. Please respectfully call and let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.
Arriving 5-10 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork is always preferred.
For late arrivals we will do our best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn't infringe on the next client's time. However, if there is not enough time, to complete your service without infringing on the next client's time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you may be subject to the above $25 service charge.
